What does a Coway rental contract mean?
The monthly payment is only one part of a rental package. Compare the obligation period, service arrangement, introductory promotion and early-termination terms together.

Understand the notation
In the supplied records, 5+0 and 7+0 refer to obligations for the full respective five- and seven-year periods. A 3+2 arrangement has a three-year minimum obligation with a possible two-year extension; confirm the exact agreement and extension conditions before applying. A listed promotion period is not the contract length.
Separate introductory and normal billing
An RM20 introduction lasts only for the promotional months recorded for the eligible package. Normal billing resumes afterwards. The owner confirms RM20 for the first five instalments on 5+0, with normal billing from instalment six; and RM20 for the first seven instalments on 7+0, with normal billing from instalment eight. Do not compare packages by the first month alone.
Match the service arrangement
Compare packages using the same product, application type and service frequency. A mattress-only package and a mattress-with-bedframe package are different offers. The reference price tables on this site come from catalogue edition 8, July/August 2026; they are not a current binding quote.
